The ad doesn’t appear on the screen. What’s wrong?

I think I know the answer to your question.

Do these three things to fix the problem:

1. Click on the blue link below
2. Set the "Allow dynamic ad content" button to "Yes".
3. Click the "Submit changes" button to return to the music player.

I hope that fixes it for you.
